Refund policy

At CRAFT OIL, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because we sell food items, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
