1. Salads and appetizers
- Sauerkraut with Flavored Oil
Ingredients:
Sauerkraut - 300 g
Onion - ½
Herbs - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
Squeeze the brine out of the cabbage, add the chopped onion and herbs.
Dry with oil and mix.
Tip: A versatile, vitamin-rich snack for every day.
2. Vegetable dishes and side dishes
- Potatoes (baked or boiled) with aromatic butter and garlic
Ingredients:
Potatoes – 4
Fragrant sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt (preferably coarse) and rosemary – to taste
Directions:
Bake or boil the potatoes with the skins on. Peel the potatoes and garlic, dice the potatoes, grate the garlic or press it through a garlic press, drizzle with oil, and add salt and spices to taste.
3. Protein dishes (meat, fish, eggs, legumes)
- Red Fish and Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
Lightly salted salmon — 80 g
Avocado — ½
Flavored oil — 1 tsp
Lemon juice — ½ tsp
Dice the fish and avocado, drizzle with oil and lemon.
4. Sauces and dressings
- Garlic Fragrance Oil (ready in 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
Oil - 100 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves
Dried herbs (to your taste) - ½ tsp
Directions:
Crush the garlic, mix with the oil and herbs, and let steep for 30 minutes.
Tip: Store in a bottle and use for salad dressings or spreads.
